About Us

Gary was raised in Edgmont Township on a small horse farm. The responsibility of daily chores and tending to horses developed the strong work ethic which Gary has relied on throughout his career. The Scheiverts also have a real estate background, both as developers and brokers. Gary's father, Edward, constructed over two hundred homes, a shopping center, and an industrial park, and Gary's experience of assisting his father on construction sites has proven to be invaluable to his profession.

At the age of nineteen, Gary obtained his real estate license while attending Penn State University. Four years later, Gary had earned enough educational credits and sales volume to sit for the Pennsylvania State Brokers Exam. He went on to become one of the state's youngest licensees to obtain a Real Estate Broker's License.

In 1993, the Scheiverts purchased sixty-five acres in Edgmont Township and developed a community named "Allee". Gary was involved in this project from its inception, creating a community from start to finish, and learning the cornerstones of building, including subdivision approvals, installation of public improvements, and all facets of merchandising and marketing. "Allee" went on to win four Pyramid Awards from the Chester-Delaware County Homebuilders' Association for Community of the Year, Best Exterior Merchandising, Best Interior Merchandising, and Best Brochure.

Presently, Gary is affiliated with Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors and represents the area's finest properties in Pennsylvania and Delaware. He lives in Chadds Ford with his wife and three children, and continues to utilize his knowledge, marketing tactics, and experience to its fullest advantage
